FLBC seeks to be involved in the community of Forest Lake through serving. 

We believe that Christ came to point us to God by serving us and we seek to do the same by serving our neighbours.  

We serve in the community where needed and ways that we have helped include: 

• handing out water at elections & Anzac Day service
• gift-wrapping at Christmas
• supporting the Angel Tree Project at Christmas 
• sponsoring a child in Bangladesh
• working with youth
• working with other Churches to conduct the Carols at the Lake
• supporting the Special Education Unit at the School
• cleaning up after the School Fete.
